Tikva is a young DOVE.

She is the Tiny Virtue Hero of HOPE.

Tikva, the dove, is the Tiny Virtue Hero of HOPE. Tikva didn’t know what would happen to her when she fell from her nest before she knew how to fly. We imagine Matthias gathering up the floundering little Tikva and bringing her to the care of Mary and the other Apostles. Matthias didn’t know what to expect after Jesus died, rose, and ascended to Heaven. However, he held fast to the HOPE of a good future in heaven with God. Tikva admired Matthias’ confident ability to see beyond any difficulty...but her wings and her spirit truly took flight when the virtue strength of hope filled the hearts of all of the Apostles at the miracle of Pentecost.
